forma provides a 2 year workmanship guarantee on all hard furniture.

a 10 year guarantee is provided by the foam supplier. forma only uses high density commercial grade foam. please note: foam will soften by up to 20% over time.

fabric warranties are supplied by the fabric supplier.

we recommend following all care information provided to ensure longevity of your forma product.

the warranty is with the original purchaser only and cannot be transferred if the forma product is on sold either by an interior designer or second hand.

the forma warranty is voided if your sofa is recovered, the frame is altered by anyone other than forma during the warranty period. if a fabric protectant is applied to your fabric, the fabric warranty and forma warranties are voided.
