all of our furniture pieces are made to order in our own New Zealand factory, this way we can produce a product that is unique to your requirements. our fabric options are based on the form, construction and type of use. lead times commence from the date your fabric arrives this time frame can vary depending on the time of the year, fabric and material availability or manufacturing workloads.

when placing an order for our made to order products these will have a lead time, please ensure all details are correct as made to order are unable to be returned.

if you need to make a change to your order, please contact us within one business day, as we may not be able to accommodate changes after this time or a fee may be incurred.

when your order is placed, we will review and be in touch to confirm delivery details such as address and site access. you will be notified if there are any changes to the indicated lead time, such as fabric availability or orders placed after christmas manufacturing deadlines.

our team will touch base again when we have your order ready to organise the delivery with you.

   once all details are finalised—including size, fabric, and any custom options—your order specifications will be confirmed.
4. place your order
   a deposit is required to place your order. production will commence once the order and payment have been received.
5. manufacturing
   each piece is made to order, ensuring quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. lead times may vary depending on selected options.
6. delivery or collection
   when your furniture is ready, you will be contacted to arrange delivery or collection. our team will coordinate a convenient time and provide any relevant care or delivery information.
7. enjoy your furniture
   once delivered, your new chair or sofa is ready to be enjoyed—designed for comfort, durability, and everyday living.
